As the heat peaks over the summer months we've been testing lots of fruit and herbal tea combinations with the aim of creating some delicious blends for Iced teas.
If you've never tasted home-made iced tea then you're in for a real treat. We've been fans of iced tea for a long time - long before we discovered premium quality teas. But the shop bought pre-bottled iced teas have so many additives and sugar, and really are no comparison to those you can make at home.
