This premium tea from Southern China is made by hand-rolling whole-leaf green and white tea into tiny 'tears' and resting them in jasmine blossoms to naturally infuse the delicate fragrance. Watch the tears as they gently unfurl and dance around the cup to produce a delicious floral bouquet of flavour.

Brewing Method
Use 8-10 tears per cup (or per 200ml). Boil water and leave to sit for a few minutes. Pour over leaves and steep for 8-10 minutes in a large teapot or infuser.
