Through our partners, all our teas are sourced directly from farmers, providing 100% traceability from field to cup. All our partners are members of the Ethical Tea Partnership, a non-profit organisation that seeks to improve the lives of tea workers, farmers and the environment in which they live and work.
Impact Assessment
Each year we prepare a detailed report on our activities and how they affect our wider community and the environment. Over the past few years this has helped us to significantly reduce our overall levels of waste, increase our recycling rates and move all our energy to renewables.
