A delicate artisanal tea from small farms in the misty hills of Taiwan. The region is known for producing some of the best Oolong teas in the world. Deep green leaves open out to give a luxurious peachy aroma, offering up floral notes and its characteristic buttery mouthfeel. This is as good as oolong gets.

Brewing Method
Use 2.5g per cup (or per 200ml). Boil water and leave to sit for a minute (ideally use water at a temperature of 85-95C). Pour over leaves and steep for 2-4 minutes in a large teapot or infuser.
